PrecisionX Group Expands to Meet Growing Demand for Precision Aerospace Components
PrecisionX Group Expands Manufacturing Operations

PrecisionX Group (“PrecisionX”), a leading provider of precision metal components for critical-use applications, is expanding its manufacturing operations at its Clifton, NJ, and Waterbury, CT facilities to meet the growing demand for high-precision aerospace components. This expansion includes new equipment investments and increased production capacity, enhancing the company’s progressive stamping and Swiss machining capabilities to better serve industries requiring tight tolerances, complex geometries, and high-performance materials.

With a manufacturing footprint exceeding 300,000 square feet across multiple U.S.-based facilities, PrecisionX specializes in forming and machining hard alloys and exotic metals for aerospace, defense, satellite, space, and medical applications.

“As demand for high-precision, mission-critical components continues to rise, PrecisionX is committed to expanding our capabilities to better support aerospace OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other critical industries,” said Chris Huntington, CEO of PrecisionX. “By increasing capacity at our Clifton, NJ, and Waterbury, CT facilities, we are strengthening our ability to deliver reliable, high-quality components that meet the most stringent industry standards.”

With the potential tariff increases on imported components, manufacturers are facing higher costs and supply chain disruptions. By expanding U.S.-based production, PrecisionX provides a strategic advantage for companies looking to onshore their supply chains, ensuring cost stability, regulatory compliance, and reliable domestic manufacturing for critical metal components.

This expansion reinforces PrecisionX Group’s position as a leader in advanced manufacturing, ensuring the production of high-performance components for highly regulated industries. The company’s ongoing investment in cutting-edge manufacturing technologies and processes underscores its commitment to delivering precision, reliability, and quality to its growing customer base.
