Endress+Hauser Supports Future Mining Talent with In-Kind Donation to Northern College, Haileybury School of Mines Campus
December 3, 2025

With an in-kind donation of its measurement and analytical equipment, Endress+Hauser is assisting Northern College’s Haileybury, ON School of Mines to train the upcoming generation of skilled and specialized instrumentation technicians for the province’s rapidly expanding industrial and mining sectors.
The donated automation and control equipment, worth over $91,000, includes magnetic and vortex flowmeters, radar and ultrasonic level, as well as analytical and pressure transmitters. “Our equipment will give students the hands-on experience with state-of-the-art process instrumentation they need, much of the same equipment they will be using when they graduate and move into the field with our industry partners throughout Canada, and especially in Northern Ontario,” says Dean Rudd, Industry Manager, Water and Wastewater, Mining and Metals, at Endress+Hauser Canada. Rudd is a graduate of the Haileybury school.
