October 10, 2023

Welcome to German Technology Day 2023!

German Technology Day is back again, bigger than ever this year with twenty-two prominent German companies with expertise in automation and advanced manufacturing. Canada’s fifth German Technology Day series will occur on October 26, 2023, at Living Arts Centre, Mississauga, and on November 16, 2023, at Courtyard Montreal Airport.

Join Beckhoff, Bosch Rexroth, Buerkert, Eplan, Euchner, Fraba, ifM, KUKA, Murrelektronik, Phoenix Contact, Pilz, Puls, Rittal, Samson, Schmalz, Schunk, SEW, SICK Sensor Intelligence, Trumpf, Wago, Weidmueller, and Wieland Electric for a unique showcase that offers interactive pathways for participation. The goal is to show our Canadian customers that we can all work together to better serve their needs. Under the theme of Transformation, each company will aim to display how they can assist each other in elevating your potential with automated solutions. They look forward to seeing you.

This event is targeted towards design/engineers, technicians, system integrators, panel builders, supply chain professionals, and all members of the industrial IT manufacturing and electrical sectors. It will include industry trends and thought leadership for all in the industry.

Grand Contest

All Mississauga and Montreal GTD event participants can enter the contest to win prizes worth $2500. To be eligible, a passport must be completed by visiting each partner’s and sponsor’s booth to obtain a signature. A draw will then be conducted from the submission received to obtain the prizes. Winners will be announced through email after the event.

Innovation Hub

The Innovation Hub will also return to the GTD with a new approach. This year, our Innovation Hub takes the form of a wall showcasing products from the event partners and includes an interactive portion for the visitors. Each visitor will be able to walk up to the robot and select the company they wish to learn more about, and it will then get pointed and highlighted on the wall.

Auditorium Sessions

The GTD events in Mississauga and Montreal will begin with opening remarks from the senior member of the Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Toronto. Following the opening remarks, the breakout sessions will commence with engaging presentations from each of the partners from 9:00 a.m. to 2:40 p.m. For the full agenda please visit www.germantechologyday.com

Exhibit Hall Booths

Each company will share their latest industry-leading, energy-efficient solutions, and introduce you to some of the most innovative technology in the industry at their individual booths, where you will have access to a range of videos, literature and case studies on the various solutions. Representatives will be available all throughout the day at the booths to introduce you to their latest products and answer your questions.
