Tanguy Lequesne, Richard Henzie, and Guillaume Leparmentier Appointed to Lead Key Business Units in Canada

Schneider Electric, a leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, has announced three strategic appointments to its Canadian leadership team. Tanguy Lequesne has been named Vice President of Power Products, Richard Henzie has been appointed Senior Director of Digital Energy, and Guillaume Leparmentier joins as Vice President of Services. These appointments reinforce Schneider Electric’s commitment to helping Canada achieve its energy transition goals by accelerating electrification, digitalization, and the adoption of sustainable energy solutions.

“With these leadership additions, we are reinforcing our commitment to delivering best-in-class solutions, expertise, and support that help our customers navigate an increasingly complex energy landscape,” said Emily Heitman, President at Schneider Electric Canada. “Tanguy, Richard, and Guillaume each bring deep industry experience, customer knowledge, and proven leadership that will help create even greater value for our customers across the country.”

Tanguy Lequesne will lead sales and operations for the Power Products business in Canada. With nearly 20 years at Schneider Electric, he brings broad leadership experience across regions and business segments. Most recently, he served as Canadian Sales Operations and Projects Director, overseeing a national team responsible for tendering, engineering, and delivering complex electrical distribution projects.

Richard Henzie will lead the Digital Energy business in Canada, overseeing strategy and operations. Most recently, he led the integration of Digital Energy into a unified business. In his new role, he will focus on helping customers electrify, digitize, and decarbonize their infrastructure through advanced technologies.

Guillaume Leparmentier will oversee the Services organization in Canada. In his new role, he will continue driving innovation and operational excellence across the Services business.

As part of Schneider Electric Canada’s hub model—designed to enhance regional representation and strengthen customer proximity—Lequesne and Leparmentier will be based in Dollard-Des Ormeaux, Que., while Henzie will operate from the company’s Victoria, B.C., hub.
