Altra Acquisition to Expand Regal Rexnord’s Power Transmission Portfolio

Regal Rexnord’s acquisition of Altra Industrial Motion, a global industrial automation and power transmission business, represents an attractive value proposition for both customers and end users. The combined company will offer improved service capability breadth, technology content and domain expertise.
