The M8 and M12 connectors from Pepperl+Fuchs feature an exceptionally rugged and durable design. In addition, they enable simple installation and maintenance while remaining cost-efficient. This is made possible by a number of technical features that have been optimized in the course of the all-round renewal of the portfolio.

For example, the connectors have been equipped with a captive O-ring. This unique solution from Pepperl+Fuchs ensures that the connection remains reliably tight—even after many reconnections. In addition, the creepage distance between the pins in the contact carrier has been increased significantly beyond the market standard. This has been proven to increase tolerance to moisture ingress and contamination. The innovative design also facilitates maintenance and installation in the field: imprinted numbers for pin assignment prevent the cores from being mixed up during servicing.

Technical advancements such as these extend the service life of the connectors and ensure particularly convenient handling. Even in harsh industrial applications, the M8 and M12 connectors guarantee efficient and safe processes.
